Drainage Pains Oct 2019

When I acquired this property, I was not fully aware of the challenges I would confront regarding the drainage of mountainside runoff. There are four–potentially five pathways of water cutting across the property, which creates a situation compounded by the downspouts–which discharge the water accumulated form the surface area of the rooftop. Oi.
